We value our customers and aim to ensure that every order from Jolly Lolly ice lolly meets your expectations. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The product must be in the same condition you received it.

Packaging must be unopened and intact.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Due to the nature of our products, perishable food items such as ice lollies are non-returnable unless:

The wrong item was delivered.

The product arrived damaged, spoiled, or otherwise defective.

3. How to Request a Return
Email us at jollylollypk@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
If your return is approved, we’ll share the return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing: If your order is missing an item, notify us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Perishable goods (except defective/damaged ones).

Custom or personalized items.

Gift cards or sale items.
6. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or wrong item, we’ll replace it with the correct product at no additional cost.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
